Hourly Evening Assistant Manager
About The Position
We're looking for a Night-Time Hourly Manager who ensures our restaurant runs just as smoothly as if the GM were on-site. This role requires a dependable, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will lead evening operations with consistency and professionalism, demonstrating a good work ethic while maintaining good company morale. This is not a 'sit back and watch' role; you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with employees, delegating tasks effectively while maintaining a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, even during high-volume hours, and supporting and communicating with other team members. Upholding high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service is paramount.
