About The Position
Griswold Care Pairing is seeking in-home caregivers for hourly shifts throughout the Punta Gorda, Florida area. Caregivers provide support to seniors and other adults in their homes, helping them maintain quality of life and remain in the place they love. The agency offers companionship, home services, personal care, and respite care. Caregivers can choose home-care opportunities that suit them, with cases matched to their skill set and accommodating shifts and schedules.
Requirements
- Experience caring for a client or family member.
- Experience or ability to provide personal care, homemaking, and companion services.
- HHA or CNA certification.
- CPR certification.
- CEUs in self-administered medications, HIV/AIDS, and Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Assist with personal care.
- Provide transportation.
- Provide safety supervision.
