Provide support to the school’s advisors and Activities Department.

Requirements

  • High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma
  • Basic interpersonal skills
  • Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Activities Department master schedule of all events and coordinate the schedule with Cherry Creek School District’s master schedule.
  • Schedule event management personnel and prepare event and/or activity space for participants.
  • Assist the Student Activities Administrator with tracking the department budget.
  • Complete purchase orders for signature.
  • Assist the Student Activities Administrator with required forms.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
