Hotshot Supervisor - Deer Park, TX
About The Position
Turner Industries is a fully diversified industrial contractor that provides responsive, innovative solutions to increase plant production, reduce costs, and prevent shutdowns in the petrochemical, refining, energy, and pulp and paper industries. The company is seeking a Hotshot Supervisor to join their nested Maintenance team at a site in Deer Park, TX. This role will oversee scheduling and communication for hotshot logistics personnel, requiring excellent communication and oversight skills. The supervisor will be responsible for organizing bills of lading, delivery schedules, identifying priority deliveries, and scheduling accordingly. This position involves constant interface with the client via email, phone, and radio communications.
Requirements
- Minimum four (4) years of experience
- TWIC required
- Excellent computer/ communication skills
- Clean driving record
- Pre-employment qualification test/federal written driving test
- D.O.T. drug screen/card
- OSHA approved corrective eye wear (Z87)
- Job site safety requirements as required by the client (clean shaven, long sleeves, steel toe boots, etc.)
- Safety equipment as required by the client (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, safety harness with lanyard, etc.)

- Bachelor's degree preferred
Responsibilities
