About The Position
It's election season, and we need your help! Calling all Customer Service professionals! As a Temporary Hotline Representative, you will take inbound calls from Poll Workers at Vote Centers, Troubleshooters, or Curbside Voters. You are responsible for creating a detailed ticket of each call, providing troubleshooting assistance, ordering supplies, and dispatching help to the Vote Center when needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be a registered voter or have the ability to become a registered voter in the State of Arizona by time of hire
- Must pass an applicable background screening
- Must demonstrate strong professional skills with internal and external stakeholders (written, telephone, and verbal)
- Must be able to work overtime as necessary
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of poll worker experience
- One or more years of general office experience
- One or more years of moderate computer use experience
- One or more years of election experience
Responsibilities
- Takes inbound calls from Poll Workers at Vote Centers, Troubleshooters, or Curbside Voters
- Creates tickets detailing the call and what transpired
- Provides troubleshooting over the phone, placing tickets for order supplies, or dispatching help to the Vote Center
- Assists other divisions of Elections with their daily functions and activities
