The Role: Valet Supervisor. Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Schedule: Open availability, afternoon shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Pay: Listed pay rate is based on an hourly rate plus tips. We are not just parking cars - we are driving the guest experience.

Requirements

A positive leader who takes pride in doing things right and inspires others
High school diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of leadership experience
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Friendly, professional attitude and team spirit
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and at least 18 years of age
All applicants must submit to and pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR (motor vehicle record) review.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and create a welcoming environment for both guests and your team
Greet guests with a smile and make each interaction feel personal and genuine
Oversee daily operations to ensure vehicles are parked and retrieved safely and efficiently
Support, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service and hospitality
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care, turning challenges into positive experiences
Work together to keep operations smooth and maintain a polished, professional appearance
