About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Supervisors for full-time opportunities to start immediately. This role involves developing and training staff, managing schedules and payroll, overseeing customer service, developing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company and client policies. The position is located at a luxury hotel in Boston, MA, with a shift from Wednesday to Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The pay rate is $22.00 per hour plus cash tips.

Requirements

You are at least 18 years old.
You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
You can drive stick-shift/manual cars.
You have prior hotel hospitality experience.
Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
You are a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry.
You are a roll-up-the-sleeves, get stuff done type of person that is organized, honest and thoughtful.
Your friends describe you as trustworthy, loyal and dependable.
You are self-sufficient, resourceful, collaborative and decisive.
You see a challenge as an opportunity and are looking for a position with a chance for growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and train shuttle drivers and valets to ensure job expectations are met.
Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings.
Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll.
Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.
Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
Complete required reports.
