About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Supervisory Valet Attendants for part-time opportunities to start immediately. This role involves developing and training staff, managing schedules and payroll, overseeing customer service, developing budgets, monitoring financials, reviewing audits, ensuring compliance with policies, and completing required reports. The position offers opportunities for career growth within the company.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
  • Must have prior valet experience.
  • Must be able to drive manual (stick-shift) cars.
  • Must be energetic, outgoing and able to stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
  • Must have great communication skills in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be able to help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
  • Must be a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry.
  • Must be a roll-up-the-sleeves, get stuff done type of person that is organized, honest and thoughtful.
  • Must be trustworthy, loyal and dependable.
  • Must be self-sufficient, resourceful, collaborative and decisive.
  • Must see a challenge as an opportunity and be looking for a position with a chance for growth.
  • Must have flexible schedule meaning that the position may require working weekends and holidays.
  • Must have very strong conversational communication skills.
  • Must have an exceptional way with people.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and train shuttle drivers and valets to ensure job expectations are met.
  • Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings.
  • Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
  • Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll.
  • Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.
  • Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
  • Complete required reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
