About The Position
The Southfield Westin is seeking a full-time Hotel Valet / Bellstaff to join their team. This role involves providing exceptional guest experiences by assisting with luggage, escorting guests, running errands, and maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and front drive. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, professional attitude, good communication skills, and the physical ability to perform the job duties. Flexible availability is also required as guests arrive at all hours.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and help with luggage during check-in and check-out.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel features and amenities.
- Run errands for guests, deliver packages, and assist with valet or transportation needs.
- Keep lobby and front drive clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Assist with storing luggage, managing lost & found, and responding to guest requests.
