About The Position

They are the largest parking network in America, with over 23,000 employees across 4,000 locations in North America and Europe. The company is currently reinventing parking and aims to power checkout-free experiences in various everyday settings to save time. The role of Valet Attendant is for all shifts, offering a pay rate of $10.98/hr plus tips, and is looking for individuals who enjoy working with people to join a fast-paced, exciting work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Valet Attendant is a MUST.
- A valid state driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
- Flexible schedule to work special shifts as needed, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends.
- Ability to read, write, and respond professionally to customers and co-workers.
- Must provide valid documentation to work legally in the U.S. if hired.
- Ability to follow instructions and stay calm during changes, delays, or unexpected events.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is a strong plus!
Responsibilities
- Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently, finding creative ways to solve any problems that arise.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways to assist guests with directions.
- Clearly explain valet rates and procedures to all customers.
- Carefully inspect every vehicle before parking it, noting and reporting any findings.
- Strictly observe all traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.
- Immediately report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.
- Arrive on time for every scheduled shift, ready to work.
- Maintain a clean, complete uniform for the entire duration of your shift.
- Assist management with additional duties as assigned to ensure a smooth operation.
