About The Position

As an Embassy Suites Hotel General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full operation of the property—guest experience, team engagement, financial performance, and brand excellence. This role requires a hands-on, people-first approach to lead daily hotel operations. You will drive guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and repeat business, while owning the P&L, budgets, forecasts, and profitability strategy. The role involves building, coaching, and inspiring department leaders and frontline teams, ensuring brand standards, SOPs, and safety compliance are met. You will also partner with Sales, Revenue, and Corporate teams to drive performance and be visible on the floor, with guests, and with your team.
