About The Position

You would be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance and comfort of guest rooms and public areas. This role ensures that all areas meet the hotels quality, safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

Maintaining the cleanliness, appearance and comfort of guest rooms and public areas.
Ensuring all areas meet the hotels quality, safety and hygiene standards.
Providing customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
Answering telephone enquiries and dealing with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
Making sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
