About The Position

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting passengers to and from designated locations in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and well-organized vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service to passengers.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record and be insurance to drive.
Ability to operate a passenger van or shuttle bus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to follow directions and schedules.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
The employee is required to frequently stand and walk; sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear.

Nice To Haves

One to three years of experience driving a shuttle is preferred.

Responsibilities

Transports passengers to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
Follows pre-planned routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
Assists passengers with loading and unloading of luggage and other items.
Maintains cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle.
Conducts regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
Reports any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate department.
Adheres to all traffic laws and regulations while driving the shuttle vehicle.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Provides excellent customer service to passengers with a smile, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Reports for work in a timely manner when scheduled.
Assists with other duties, as assigned.
