Responsibilities

Monitor hotel entrances, exits, lobby, parking areas, hallways, and other designated areas.
Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the property.
Monitor surveillance cameras and report suspicious or unusual activity.
Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, alarms, medical emergencies, and other calls for assistance.
Assist hotel management and staff with guest-related security concerns.
Enforce hotel policies and access-control procedures.
Monitor restricted areas and prevent unauthorized individuals from entering.
Check doors, gates, emergency exits, and other access points as required.
Protect hotel property and report damage, theft, or suspicious activity.
Maintain accurate daily activity logs, patrol records, and incident reports.
Communicate with Dispatch, hotel management, emergency services, and law enforcement when necessary.
Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and customer-service attitude.
Remain alert and attentive throughout the entire shift.
Follow all hotel-specific post orders, company policies, and procedures.
Never sleep, abandon the assigned post, falsify reports, or engage in conduct that interferes with security responsibilities.
