About The Position

We are looking for Part-Time Room Attendants to join our great Team! This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our guest rooms and suites. The role includes cleaning rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service. This includes cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms. Reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor. Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests. Working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs.
• Engaging personality.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service.
• Clean floors, vacuum, change linens, make beds, clean bathrooms.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
