Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming)
  • Make rollaway beds and cribs when occupied or vacant
  • Restock towels, toiletries, and room supplies
  • Clean coffee maker and replenish coffee supplies
  • Report maintenance or safety issues to management
  • Keep cleaning supplies organized and stocked
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines
  • Practices chemical safety rules and follows procedures for hazardous materials
  • Keep floor supply closets neat and secure
  • Respond politely and efficiently to guest requests
  • Follow all hotel policies and procedures
  • Clean-up to 16 rooms per 8-hour shift
  • Ensure smooth, efficient operations aligned with brand standards
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver exceptional service rooted in passion for hospitality
  • Anticipate needs and respond with a solutions-first mindset
