About The Position
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Restaurant Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for restaurant guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless experience. This role involves handling dining room reservations, greeting customers, answering the phone and taking outside orders for our restaurant.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Utilize Open Table app for dining room reservations.
- Professional attire and demeanor to represent the hotel’s standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or education is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage dining room reservations efficiently.
- Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information.
- Process carry-out orders and room service for the restaurant.
- Maintain a clean and organized host area.
- Assist guests with inquiries and special requests.
