Previous travel industry experience is not required; training, educational resources, and ongoing support are provided to help you learn booking procedures, reservation platforms, hotel and destination research, and client service fundamentals.

• Help clients understand important reservation details and travel deadlines.
• Communicate booking updates and changes professionally.
• Assist with modifications to existing reservations when needed.
• Maintain accurate client and booking information.
• Use online booking platforms and travel supplier resources.
• Provide support throughout the hotel research and reservation process.
