Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly and welcoming service to hotel guests.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Cover holiday and sickness for other team members.
