About The Position

Marriott Albuquerque is currently seeking a Night Auditor. The Night Auditor will assure the highest guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work holidays and weekends based on the demands of the hotel.

Nice To Haves

• Front Desk experience preferred, but will train.
• Highly motivated and self-directed.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Check guests into and out of the hotel in an accurate, speedy, and courteous manner.
• Handle payments received.
• Resolve escalated guest relations issues when needed.
• Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services.
• Respond to and follow up on all guest requests to ensure guests are satisfied with the hotel's services and accommodations.
• Positively represent and promote the property.
• Properly compile, complete, and distribute reports to management and team as directed.
• Report any maintenance, security, or safety issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
