About The Position

The Courtyard by Marriott - Providence Lincoln is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to join their team. This role is the primary point of contact for guests during overnight hours, providing superior service. The hotel is conveniently located near Twin River Casino, Bryant University, and downtown Providence, and features an on-site Bistro Restaurant & Bar. The hotel is managed by Buffalo Lodging Associates, an award-winning hotel management company with a portfolio of 50 properties.

Requirements

• Customer Service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving history subject to company approval.

Nice To Haves

• Marriott experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out procedures using the Property Management System.
• Handle cash, credit card information, and property goods.
• Identify guest needs and provide information on hotel services and amenities.
• Respond to guest requests promptly.
• Take and manage reservations from callers, inputting all pertinent information into the hotel management system.
• Update and cancel reservations as requested by guests.
• Organize previous shifts' paperwork.
• Close and balance all room accounts and vouchers.
• Investigate and analyze out-of-balance situations.
• Run trial balance reports and conduct night audits.
• Prepare guest folios for express check-out.
