About The Position

Sandpiper Hospitality (SH) is seeking a Night Auditor to join their team. This role is responsible for operational and financial supervision during the overnight shift, ensuring guest satisfaction and accounting accuracy. The Night Auditor will be the primary point of contact for guests, managing requests, check-ins, and balancing daily accounts, embodying the company value of "Do the Right Thing."

Responsibilities

Balance accounts leftover from the day shift.
Perform nightly accounting and auditing operations for an accurate daily close.
Provide excellent guest service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them, including late-night check-ins.
Respond to situations as they arise and manage guest conflict calmly.
Coordinate front desk operations such as check-ins, move-outs, renewals, and reservations.
Respond to guest service calls efficiently and expediently.
Ensure the safety of the building and occupants, contacting emergency services/law enforcement when needed.
Inspect studios and public spaces daily according to company and brand standards.
Review Studio Inventory daily to ensure maximization of studio revenue.
Maintain effective sales of ancillary offerings to maximize revenue and follow revenue management guidelines.
Ensure all policies and procedures are accurately followed at all times.
Document work activity using the appropriate log and according to policy.
Perform Laundry Duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding of linen/terry.
Perform general cleaning/maintenance of the laundry facilities.
Cross-train on the duties of all non-management staff members and perform those duties as needed.
Stay on-site for the entire shift until relieved.
Take a paid 30-minute meal break as available.
