About The Position

The Staybridge Suites Seattle-Fremont is looking to hire a Night Auditor. This role involves providing exceptional guest service, managing guest accounts, and running necessary night audit reports. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Be outgoing and friendly
• Must be flexible open to overtime when needed
• Must have open availability as there are no set days off

Nice To Haves

• Prior customer service experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all hotel guests
• Greet and check guests into and out of the hotel
• Handle all guest requests and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage guest accounts by posting charges and handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
• Run all necessary night audit reports
• Answer phones
