As Hotel Manager, you will be a key leader responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations while inspiring teams to consistently deliver memorable guest experiences. You will partner closely with the Area General Manager to help drive operational excellence across Front Office, Housekeeping, Accounting, Food & Beverage and Engineering, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the Autograph brand and Colwen Hotels’ commitment to service. Requirements

5+ years of hotel management experience
Strong leadership and team development abilities
F&B Operations experience a primary focus
A hands-on approach to hotel operations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A passion for guest service and hospitality excellence
The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of hotel operations across multiple departments
