The Dual Brand, Fairfield Inn / TownePlace Suites Medford is seeking a passionate and driven Hotel Manager who thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced hotel environment and loves being at the heart of the action. This is not a behind-the-desk role. Our leaders are visible, engaged, and hands-on, working alongside their teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences every single day. If you are someone who enjoys building strong teams, elevating service standards, and making an impact across every department of the hotel, we want to meet you. As Hotel Manager, you will be a key leader responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations while inspiring teams to consistently deliver memorable guest experiences. You will partner closely with the Area General Manager to help drive operational excellence across Front Office, Housekeeping, Accounting, Food & Beverage and Engineering, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the Autograph brand and Colwen Hotels’ commitment to service. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional ready to step into broader leadership responsibility and grow within a company that values initiative, ideas, and career advancement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hotel management experience
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities
  • F&B Operations experience a primary focus
  • A hands-on approach to hotel operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A passion for guest service and hospitality excellence
  • The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hotel operations across multiple departments
