Requirements
- Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC systems, pool maintenance, and landscaping knowledge.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and volt meters.
- Basic computer skills for record keeping and communication.
- Ability to follow local safety rules.
- Good English communication skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and openness to feedback.
- Great customer service skills.
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience; hotel or apartment maintenance preferred.
- Must pass a background check.
- Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and fix HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
- Take care of hotel spaces including landscaping, banquet areas, pool/spa, and parking garage.
- Respond quickly to guest requests and issues.
- Handle urgent situations such as fire alarms.
- Work with team members and vendors.
- Keep logs of maintenance activities.
