About The Position
Join our team as a Hotel Maintenance Technician in Catlettsburg, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and assist with repairs to support the overall operation of the property.
Requirements
- Prior experience in hotel maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other hotel systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff.
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce repair costs and downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations.
