Requirements
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in facility maintenance
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Take charge of maintaining the property through preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Complete daily work orders quickly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain pool chemistry and temperature within health department standards.
- Ensure the safety and security of our building and grounds.
- Help maintain the neat and attractive appearance of the property and landscaping.
- Assist with budgeting and managing maintenance supplies and costs.
