About The Position

Hotel Maintenance Technician – Keep Our Property Running Smoothly! Do you enjoy working with your hands and tackling something new every day? In this hands-on role, you’ll handle a variety of maintenance tasks, perform repairs, and help ensure our facility operates at its best every day. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1–2 years of general maintenance, home improvement, or related experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and technical manuals
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to gather information and make sound decisions
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and minor repairs throughout the property as assigned
• Complete preventive maintenance on equipment and systems
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, NFPA standards, and company safety policies
• Safely operate company vehicles when required
• Maintain and properly use tools and equipment
• Assist other Maintenance Engineers and team members as needed
• Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions
• Support a safe and efficient environment for guests and staff
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership
