About The Position

The Hotel Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for guests and staff. This role supervises maintenance personnel, coordinates preventative maintenance programs, and ensures compliance with safety regulations and brand standards.

Requirements

Experience in hotel maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
Leadership and team management experience.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Supervise and schedule maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and projects.
Perform and oversee repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building systems.
Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to identify maintenance needs.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations.
Maintain compliance with safety, health, and fire regulations.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Assist with budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
