About The Position
The Briad Group invites you to elevate your career in a dynamic management role as our Hotel Maintenance Manager. As our next Hotel Maintenance Manager, you will ensure guest rooms and public areas remain fully operational to guarantee guest comfort, safety, and a secure working environment for all associates. You will utilize technical expertise and analytical skills to diagnose issues and execute efficient, high-quality repairs. You will also implement and oversee routine preventive maintenance programs for facilities and grounds, address guest inquiries and maintenance requests promptly, professionally, and to complete satisfaction, and execute additional facility management tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum background as a Maintenance Technician within a hotel, apartment complex, residential living facility, or equivalent environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure as part of a collaborative team
- Foundational expertise across major trades, including carpentry, painting, and electrical systems
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Acute visual observation abilities and the physical capacity to lift up to 70 lbs., stoop, bend, climb ladders, and navigate stairs
