About The Position

The Hotel Maintenance Engineer works with the Engineering team at the Courtyard/Residence Inn Poplar Creek Complex. The role assists with preventive maintenance of hotel rooms, general hotel maintenance, routine and major repairs, and completing work orders in accordance with the property’s quality standards. The position involves working with hand and power tools, chemicals, and heavy machinery.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in general hotel, apartment, or building maintenance.
• Maintenance experience must include painting, plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning, boilers, and mechanical systems.
• Enjoy working with people and take pride in ensuring guest satisfaction and delivering excellent-quality work.

Nice To Haves

• Maintenance-related certifications are a plus.
