About The Position

The Home2 Suites by Hilton in Bettendorf, IA, is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor. This full-time, first-shift position offers the opportunity to earn up to a $300 monthly bonus. The role requires strong leadership skills and an eye for detail to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Requirements

1+ years supervising a department of seven or more employees.
Prior housekeeping and laundry experience.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan, and assign work for employees.
Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve employee performance.
Oversee that staff is trained and observing all safety and security procedures.
Assist manager in preventative maintenance programs for guest rooms and public areas.
Respond to guest complaints and special requests, taking action to ensure guest satisfaction.
Inspect guest rooms/suites, linen rooms, and public areas to ensure housekeeping and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Other duties as assigned.
