About The Position

The Holiday Inn Express in Moline, IL, is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team. This full-time, first-shift position offers the opportunity to earn up to a $300 monthly bonus. Requirements

1+ years supervising a department of ten or more employees.
Prior housekeeping and laundry experience.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan, and assign work for employees.
Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve employee performance.
Oversee that staff is trained and observing all safety and security procedures.
Assist manager in preventative maintenance programs for guest rooms and public areas.
Respond to guest complaints and special requests, taking action to ensure guest satisfaction.
Inspect guest rooms/suites, linen rooms, and public areas to ensure property standards of housekeeping and cleanliness are maintained to meet guest satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned.
