About The Position

CUSA, LLC, a successful hotel management company, is seeking a Rooms Attendant for the Holiday Inn Express Woodstock. This role involves providing exceptional guest service, maintaining cleanliness and safety in all hotel areas, and potentially cleaning guest rooms. The Rooms Attendant will be crucial in ensuring guest security and safety, answering guest questions, and making local recommendations. The position requires adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and the IHG way of clean. A background check will be conducted on all applicants.

Requirements

• Must be able to work with room attendants and other staff.
• Must be able to provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to work with room attendants and other staff of the hotel while providing excellent guest service.
• Assist to assure all areas of the hotel are clean and safe for guest use.
• At times, may be required to clean guest rooms.
• Maintain the safety of the property.
• Answer guest questions about the hotel.
• Make recommendations about the local area.
• Complete job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policy and procedures and the IHG way of clean.
