About The Position
DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager – Housekeeping for the AC Element Hotel by Marriott Rochester, NY at City Gate. The role assists in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments, ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are clean, orderly, and attractive. The manager helps lead and develop associates, maintain high cleanliness standards, respond to guest concerns, and support the hotel's overall success. This is a hands-on leadership position involving working alongside the team, inspecting rooms and public areas, addressing guest needs, developing associates, and ensuring cleanliness and service standards are consistently achieved. Successful candidates should bring operational leadership, attention to detail, a friendly and energetic personality, time management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
