About The Position

CUSA, LLC, a successful hotel management company, is seeking a House Person for the Holiday Inn Express Woodstock. This role involves independently maintaining the public spaces of the hotel while providing excellent guest service. The House Person will also assist the housekeeping staff to ensure all hotel areas are clean and safe for guest use, contributing to guest security and safety. Additionally, this position requires answering guest questions about the hotel and making local recommendations, all while adhering to hotel policies, procedures, and IHG standards of clean.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service skills.
• Understand and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the public spaces of the hotel independently.
