Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently or as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional attitude
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying supplies throughout the shift
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience is helpful, but not required
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to property standards
- Change linens, make beds, replenish amenities, and restock supplies as needed
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and lost-and-found items promptly
- Follow all housekeeping procedures, safety guidelines, and sanitation standards
- Support the team in keeping storage areas, carts, and housekeeping spaces organized
- Provide courteous service and represent the property in a professional manner
