About The Position
The 81-room Holiday Inn Express is looking for a cheerful & energetic Housekeeper to join our team at this beautiful location! The hotel will benefit from a friendly, professional individual joining our Housekeeping Team.
Requirements
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and managers
- Excellent customer service
- Solid references
- Weekdays/weekends/holidays
- Attention to detail.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

- Experience is helpful but not necessary
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas.
- Replenish room supplies such as soap, shampoo, coffee, and tissues.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
- Ensure rooms meet hotel cleanliness and quality standards.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies.
