About The Position

As an award-winning boutique hotel, The Inn at Willow Grove provides guests with an unsurpassed luxury experience. We are looking for someone to join our Housekeeping team to assist with cleaning and upkeep of the spa, restaurant and hotel. Our housekeeping staff consists of guest service-oriented individuals who are energetic, organized, methodical and can work both as a team player and independently towards one goal - maximum guest satisfaction.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms, spa, restaurant, and assigned public areas to luxury hotel standards.
  • Change bed linens, replace towels, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are fully stocked and guest-ready.
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish all surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and flooring.
  • Report maintenance concerns, lost and found items, and safety hazards promptly.
  • Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests and special room preferences.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times.
  • Operate housekeeping equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely according to hotel procedures.
  • Ensure housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and supply areas remain organized and well-stocked.
  • Collaborate with front desk, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and hotel brand standards.
