HireQuest is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper for a hotel location in Portland's Pearl District. This role involves cleaning and preparing guest rooms and common areas to ensure a welcoming, high-quality guest experience. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-focused, and have prior hotel housekeeping experience.
Requirements
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience required
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for entire shift
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Must be punctual and reliable — consistent attendance required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities
- Vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces throughout guest rooms and common areas
- Restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
- Report maintenance issues or damages to supervisor
- Follow all hotel safety and cleanliness protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
