About The Position

Responsible for achieving and maintaining an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the guest rooms of the Hotel.

Requirements

• Must be able to provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
• Must actively support the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
• Must be able to vacuum, sweep, scrub, mop, and clean carpet and flooring in guest rooms.
• Must be able to dust, brush, polish, clean and vacuum furniture, glass, mirrors, curtains, framed pictures, appliances and other structural fixtures and furnishings in guest rooms.
• Must be able to scrub, disinfect and deodorize showers, toilets, wash basins, and other bathroom and vanity fixtures.
• Must be able to remove trash and debris from guest rooms.
• Must be able to strip beds, collect dirty linens, and make beds with fresh linens.
• Must be able to replenish linens, amenities and other supplies in guest rooms.
• Must be able to wash, dry and fold linens in laundry area.
• Must be able to report items found in guest rooms to Lead Guest Room Attendant, and properly tag lost and found items and deliver them to the Housekeeping Office, for storage.
• Must take responsibility for a “Room Key” during assigned shift, turning it in at the end of the shift to the appropriate person.

• Dusts, brushes, polishes, cleans and vacuums furniture, glass, mirrors, curtains, framed pictures, appliances and other structural fixtures and furnishings in guest rooms.
• Scrubs, disinfects and deodorizes showers, toilets, wash basins, and other bathroom and vanity fixtures.
• Removes trash and debris from guest rooms.
• Strips beds, collects dirty linens, and makes beds with fresh linens.
• Replenishes linens, amenities and other supplies in guest rooms.
• Wash, dry and fold linens in laundry area.
• Reports items found in guest rooms to Lead Guest Room Attendant, and properly tags lost and found items and delivers them to the Housekeeping Office, for storage.
• Takes responsibility for a “Room Key” during assigned shift, turning it in at the end of the shift to the appropriate person.
• All other duties as assigned.

Benefits

• $1,000 Sign on Bonus payable in 3 installments: $250 at 3 months, $250 at 6 months, $500 at 1 year
