HOTEL HOUSEKEEPER - ROOM ATTENDANT DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS: Enjoy cleaning and is detailed Ability to take initiative and work without close supervision Stay productive and complete rooms timely Be careful handling cleaning materials safely Assist other staff as needed Occasionally assist guests fulfilling requests and supplies Maintain a good relationship with front desk staff and housekeeping Be able to follow emergency procedures Warmly interact with all guests, including in public areas and while completing guest requests Responsible for providing exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner Full understanding of emergencies procedures Promoting safety by being alert to observe, correct and report any safety hazards immediately Clean and maintain the appearance of the surrounding areas of the hotel, including removing debris or trash from ground if found Report on all maintenance issues in rooms and public areas Remove dirty laundry from rooms, replace it and make rooms Assist with other duties as needed and requested
