Responsibilities
- Checking guests in and out of their rooms
- Managing reservations
- Processing payments for hotel services
- Sharing insights and knowledge of the amazing amenities in the area and hotel
- Serving as the guest's first point of contact
- Managing all aspects of their stay to ensure the most memorable of experiences
