About The Position

Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance. Maintain flower beds, baskets, and boxes by watering, removing weeds, trimming, and performing other maintenance. Remove and bag trash from all exterior trash cans. Maintain the appearance of fountains, planters, or other ground features by cleaning, replacing, or making repairs. Maintain the appearance and safety of sidewalks, driveways, cart paths, or parking lots by filling in cracks, holes, and making other repairs. Control, register and adjust chemical conditions of pool water and Jacuzzi water within the determined parameters according to the local standards. Clean pool basin and Jacuzzi as well as the related water pumps, filters, and heaters.

Maintain flower beds, baskets, and boxes by watering, removing weeds, trimming, and performing other maintenance.
Remove and bag trash from all exterior trash cans.
Maintain the appearance of fountains, planters, or other ground features by cleaning, replacing, or making repairs.
Maintain the appearance and safety of sidewalks, driveways, cart paths, or parking lots by filling in cracks, holes, and making other repairs.
Control, register and adjust chemical conditions of pool water and Jacuzzi water within the determined parameters according to the local standards.
Clean pool basin and Jacuzzi as well as the related water pumps, filters, and heaters.
Protect company tools, equipment, machines, or other assets by company policies and procedures.
Follow company and department policies and procedures.
Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
Ensure uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or an entire work shift.
Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects).
Monitor weather conditions and seek shelter in the event of severe weather, such as a lightning storm.
Report defective equipment to the manager/supervisor.
Perform pre-operation equipment safety checks when using any equipment.
