Hotel Greeter, Valet Parking, Luggage Assistance - Part-Time
About The Position
Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time Front Services Agent for the Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center. This role is the first and last impression for guests, responsible for greeting, assisting with luggage, and providing valet parking services. The Front Services Agent will also provide hotel tours, deliver items to guest rooms, and collect luggage during busy check-out periods. Additionally, they may drive the company shuttle for guest errands. Requirements
- Previous guest or customer service experience preferred.
- Texas Driver’s License with good driving record required.
- Must be over 21 years old for vehicle driving insurance purposes.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first and last impression for guests arriving and departing the hotel.
- Greet guests as they arrive, unload luggage, and hand out hotel room keys and name badges.
- Provide a hotel tour to new guests explaining the various services and restaurants available at the hotel.
- Provide valet parking services to guests.
- Deliver items to guest rooms such as packages and laundry.
- Collect luggage and distribute on busy check out days.
- Drive company shuttle on various errands for guests.
