Hotel General Manager – TPI Hospitality Location: Homewood Suites St. Louis Park, MN Position: Hotel General Manager Shift: Full-time We all matter. We all make a difference. We are TPI. Requirements

• Experience in hotel management
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage budgets and P&L statements
• Customer service oriented

Nice To Haves

• Experience with TPI Hospitality's brands (Hilton, Marriott, Margaritaville, Holiday Inn)
• Knowledge of hotel operations software

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
• Build and maintain a healthy and motivated work environment
• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency, guest satisfaction, and brand excellence in all departments
• Achieve or exceed budgeted revenues and profitability
• Communicate clear expectations to associates and resolve guest complaints promptly
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
