About The Position

CUSA, LLC, a leading hotel management company, is seeking a Hotel General Manager for the Holiday Inn Express Woodstock. The role requires experience with major hotel brands, specifically IHG. The company emphasizes creating an exceptional team, providing outstanding hospitality, achieving high Guest Love scores, operating profitably, and managing expenses including payroll. The General Manager will lead the hotel team, oversee all departments, and focus on achieving top-line revenue, team development, brand training, and adherence to IHG brand standards. Key performance indicators include exceeding IHG Guest Love and 1Rewards enrollment goals, and achieving STR performance metrics (MPI, ARI, RGI) while driving loyalty, guest satisfaction, and recommendations.

Requirements
