About The Position

Home2 Suites by Hilton- Orlando Near UCF is seeking candidates for an overnight Front Service position. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors during overnight shifts. The position involves running laundry and delivering amenities to guests upon request. The shifts are from 11pm to 7am, two nights per week, with availability for different schedules as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 Years Experience laundry or housekeeping
• Excellent Customer Service
• Able to work overnight shift 11pm to 7am (and weekends and holidays)

Nice To Haves

• Hotel Experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Responds to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Stocks room attendant carts and supplies.
• Cleans furniture, elevators, glass etc., in public areas such as lobby, pool, public restrooms.
• Tends laundering machines to provide ample linen supplies for morning shift.
• Assists with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor.
