About The Position
CUSA, LLC, a leading hotel management company, is seeking a Front Desk/Night Auditor for the Holiday Inn Express Syracuse Airport. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently and provide excellent guest service. The position involves overnight audit shifts and requires adherence to basic accounting procedures to ensure hotel operations are complete and accurate. Guest security and safety are paramount, making the night audit position crucial for ensuring a safe and secure stay for all guests. The role also includes answering guest inquiries, providing recommendations about the hotel and local area, and assisting the shuttle driver and breakfast attendant, all in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
