About The Position
Join our team as a Night Auditor at the Residence Inn and be the heart of our hotel overnight! This is a Part Time position available. The ideal candidate must possess great customer service skills, be able to multi-task, and can comfortably work alone as well as on a team. This is a 3rd shift position, and weekend availability is required. We invite you to join our team and contribute to the success of providing memorable guest experiences.
Requirements
- Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Handles guest reservations.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Posts charges and balances daily transactions.
- Executes end of night closeout procedures as well as prepare for the new day.
- Other duties as assigned.
